payment issue

Hi, i've paid for one of my teammate through his account, with my paypal address.

Today he just received this email:

Dear David De Doncker,

This E-mail is a reminder for your order with ordernumber: #ORDER**************
Until now, we didn't receive (the entire) payment for this order.
If we don't receive the payment for this order -of which you'll find an overview attached- before 15/09/2011, this order will be cancelled automatically.


If you should have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us: info@fom.be

I just checked my paypal account and i've certinaly paid. I even have his ticket. But his ticket order, which is paid, is #ORDER**********************. The issue concern #ORDER********************. Therefore i guess the wrong order was linked to his account (maybe a mystake he made).

Please, could you check if everything is ok for him? His paid ticket, which is already printed is: #ORDER************************.

I don't know what is the #ORDER*********************** ticket...

Well i know his ticket is right so no rush is needed, was just to point out an error ^^.

I have had the exact same problem with my ticket (ordered from The Netherlands). I sent an e-mail info@fom.be including a screenshot from my bank showing the money was transferred the 5th of January. I still did not get a reply. I would like this to be resolved reasonably fast as I want to pick a seat next to my friends on the floor plan.

Normally you've received an e-mail with a confirmation.
You can view your ticket also by logging in on our website and going to your ticket overview: http://fom.be/users/tickets
